The Model of Hierarchical Organization

G. G. Malinetskii, M. S. Shakaeva
Abstract: The structure of hierarchical organizations is described in this paper. Capability of living in sense of competence of their workers is discussed. The model of such organisation is proposed. The time of life of hierarchical structure is studded. This time is period between creation of organisation and moment when one of levels will consist of non-competitive workers. The comparison of middle time of organisation's life for some types of the model is done. It has been shown that falling of level of education and consequently completence of workers may bring to noneffective work of sufficiently complex hierarchical structures.
