On Effect of Solar-Cycle Activity on Gasdynamic Heliosphere Structure

N. A. Zaitsev
Abstract: The influence of the 11-year solar cycle to gasdynamic structure of heliosphere has been investigated. The interaction of unsteady solar wind with interstellar plasma (protons and electrons) is simulated up to 50 cycles. It is shown that the variation of plasma parameters within solar cycle doesn't lead to generation of shock waves in the whole region of solar wind. Calculated average velocity of periodic termination shock motion is of the same order or greater than the velocity of spacecrafts 'Voyager'. Numerical simulation shows that in the case of unsteady solar wind the distance between the bow shock and the Sun is of 20
