Simulation of the Superlattice with Quantum Wells

L. A. Bodnar, N. N. Fimin, G. P. Churkina, V. A. Chuyanov
Abstract: In the present paper some aspects of modeling of superlattices with quantum wells applying in micro- and optoelectronics are investigated. Correlation of solutions of Wigner and Schredinger equations for an electron system is considered. Passage of electrons through superlattice structure within the scope of effective mass approximation is numerically studied with employment of Schredinger and Wigner formalism.
