Application of Multiprocessor Supercomputer MVS-100 for Solution of the One Problem of Plasma Physics

A. V. Pashin
Abstract: In the article some experience of computing aggregate construction on the base of multiprocessor supercomputer MVS-100 is described for solution of self-consistent problems in wave discharge physics in the framework of models taking into account kinetic, electrodynamic and gasdynamic effects. Model of discharge rise in molecular nitrogen by force of microwave rays was calculated with the use of this aggregate. Effectiveness of parallel calculations is investigated by the use of 1-, 5- and 10-processor configurations of MVS-100.
