'Chibis-M' Attitude Control Algorithm Laboratory Investigations

Abstract:
A description of laboratory facility developed by RDC “ScanEx” for the microsatellite “Chibis-M” attitude control system verification is presented. Experimental results of initial angular velocity damping, stabilizing, and flywheel unloading algorithms and hardware are analyzed. Also, attitude determination algorithm is investigated, its precision and convergence time are studied.
