Abstract: The Space Elevator as superlong space tether system that includes superstrong tether, attached to the Earth’s surface with its bottom end and stretching for tens thousand kilometers into the space is described. New conception of the system is presented which differs from the now wide spread one and has much more useful functional qualities is more safety, controllable and repairable.
