The Simulation of Quantum Transport Processes with the Help of Wigner Equation with Self-Consistent Field

N. N. Fimin, V. A. Chuyanov
Abstract: In the present paper the new approach to solution of boudary-value problem for the Vlasov-Wigner equation with self-consistent field (for Coulomb interparticle potential) is considered. This approach is based on the using of Galerkin methods with Hermite functions of 1st kind as basic ones. The principle of isolation of singularities of pseudodifferential operator is examined; the passage to nonlinear algebraic equations system is developed. The results of computations are adduced.
