Numerical Solution of the One-Dimensional Wigner's Equation

V. M. Suslin, V. A. Chuyanov
Abstract: In this preprint the evolution of the quantum kinetic distribution function simulated by the Wigner's equation was explored in which the action of external and self-consistent fields was taken into account. The difference method of approximation of the quantum kinetic Wigner's equation on the rectangular, uniform grid, and also procedure of a solution of the grid equations is briefly described. Some outcomes of the calculations, which have been carried out for various values of parameters, included in model, represented as the graphs, reduced in this preprint.
