About the Theory of Optical Transfer Operator of 'Atmosphere-Terrestrial Surface' System

Abstract: The problem is considered of taking account of the terrestrial surface in the models of remote sensing and Earth radiation field. The emphasis is on the models of the Earth atmosphere transfer characteristics. The basics of the mathematically rigorous and physically corrective and pictorial theory of the optical transfer operator are described. This theory is the generalization of our country and foreign theoretic results.
