About Taking Account of the Terrestrial Surface in the Models of the Earth Radiation Field

T. A. Sushkevich
Abstract: The brief review of Russian works on the the problem of taking account of the terrestrial surface in the models of the Earth radiation field is presented. The concise historical review the pioneer optical investigations of Earth from space is of interest. The methodical conception of remote sensing of Earth surface in the context of linearly-system approach is set forth. The brief review the theoretically-computational investigations of the transfer characteristics of the 'atmosphere-land surface' system is given. The results of the prioritycal applied aircosmic investigations are briefly expounded.
