Mathematical Models of Life Guarantee. Part I. The Basic Methods

Abstract:
The mathematical modeling method is applied to the civilization evolution problem. The principal approaches to the problem of optimal government are formulated in terms of individual and population goal functions. The qualitative analysis of population surviving is given for the case of non-equilibrium situation with the use of dynamical and statistical approaches.
