Abstract:
In the middle of ninetieth ‘Reagent’ R&D Center created a new type of optical electronic devices called ‘MDM-locator’ (monophotonic detector of microrelief), which realize technical active 3D-vision based on monophotonic techniques. This paper generally describes MDM-locator. It is shown that a new feature distinguishing MDM-locator from the famous devices is the combination of 3D-measurement data and high space-time resolution. That allows us to rise the information density of the measurement data and to provide MDM-locator working under hard condition where activity of usual optical electronic devices is impossible.
