Universal variational functionals for 2D grid generation

G. P. Prokopov
Full-text PDF Citations (2)
Abstract: Functionals that allow to obtain arbitrary invertible 2D grids at corresponding assignment or definition of grid metric parameters during the calculation are considered. The generation of orthogonal grids or close to them quasi-orthogonal grids, construction of discrete models to compute grid, algorithms for metric parameters and numerical solution of problem of functional minimization are considered.
