Increasing of radiation intensity in double liner systems

S. V. Zakharov, V. G. Novikov
Abstract: The model of level kinetics consistent with processes of radiation transfer in highly charged ion plasmas is developed. The energy confinement of a thermal xray radiation in the system Double Liner and Dynamic Hohlraum is considered. The selfconsistent radiation and nonLTE plasma are simulated. Efficiency of radiation intensity augmentation due to radiation trapping during shock conversion of the kinetic energy of liners to radiation is examined. It is shown, that special admixtures increase the radiation confinement efficiency.
