Intelligent technology application to form trainee's competence skills

Abstract: This article consider methods of presentation, formation and usage of knowledge to form trainee's competence skills. It gives an example of using the integrated way to present the model of trainee's competence. There is an opportunity to estimate the trainee's knowledge and basing on this estimation to develop additional programme for further training.
