Hopping conduction in EuS polycrystals

Abstract: The dependences of the electrical conductivity of europium monosulfide (EuS) polycrystals on temperature in the range 150–400 K and pressures to 620 MPa have been studied. It is shown that the electrotransfer is mainly performed due to a hopping mechanism.
