This study was supported by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russian Federation within the State Assignment for Federal Research Center Crystallography and Photonics, Russian Academy of Sciences. In the part of studying the growth and structure of the crystals of oligomers with a benzothiadiazole moiety and phenylene–oxazole groups, the work was supported by the Russian Foundation for Basic Research (grant no. 18-33-20050). The equipment of the Shared Research Center of the FSCRC “Crystallography and Photonics” of Russian Academy of Sciences, and Center for the Study of Polymers of the Institute of Synthetic Polymer Materials, Russian Academy of Sciences was used in the study. Oligomers were synthesized within the Leading Scientific School NSh-5698.2018.3.
