Abstract:
In this work, the near-edge emission of the ZnO MBE films was investigated in a wide range of the excitation intensity (to 1000 kW/cm2) and temperature (5 – 300 K). The manifestations of exciton-phonon, exciton-exciton and exciton-electron interactions in the spectra of stimulated emission are discussed. Changes in the mechanisms of stimulated emission in different temperature ranges was found.
