Abstract: Questions of decision-making support on processing of hand-written documents are considered. The author has developed an original allocation method of unique handwriting characteristics on the basis of the line and symbols analysis. The informational content criterion is modified and parametric base divisibility is shown.
Keywords: neural net, hand-writing, clustering, identifications.
