Nonsteady combustion of thermite systems

Abstract:
Using a model of thermite systems diluted by products of reaction, we studied the dynamics of the process involved in nonsteady combustion through the cross section of a cylindrical specimen. We detected a spin regime of pulsating combustion. We present experimental facts to confirm our findings.
