Two-temperature model for the ignition of porous systems

Abstract:
The ignition mechanism for an infinitely thick porous layer with lateral motion of a heat-transfer agent is determined. The transient characteristics of the ignition are studied as functions of the intensity of the in-pore heat exchange and the porosity of the condensed substance.
