Heat exchange during condensation of the products of the gaseous-phase combustion of metals

Abstract:
The question of heat removal during the growth of the subdispersed oxide particles formed in the course of gaseous-phase combustion of metals is discussed. The principal mechanism for removal of the heat of condensation is shown to be nonequilibrium radiation.
