Hierarchy of fragments in concrete block crushing by explosion

Abstract: Results of explosive crushing of concrete blocks by external and internal explosive charges are given from the point of view of the size hierarchy of the formed fragments. It has been shown that the characteristic fragment size depends linearly on the charge mass. The relations between the characteristic and mean sizes of the fragments of the crushed material are shown to exist.
