Abstract: The development of a pinpoint excavating explosion in the presence of rigid surfaces in the plastic-strain zone of a massif is studied experimentally. The effect of dimensions, shape, and angular position of these surfaces on the degree of asymmetry of the mass transfer of a loose material is analyzed for a single explosion.
