Effect of initial turbulence on ignition, combustion, and flame stabilization in a gas-suspension flow

Abstract:
The influence of initial turbulence of an air flow with suspended aluminum particles and the aluminum-particle size on ignition, combustion, and flame stabilization in a combustor with sudden expansion is considered.
