Electronic component in a semiempirical description of the thermal properties of molten diamond

Abstract:
This paper gives a qualitative and quantitative semiempirical description of the thermal properties of molten diamond at high shock pressures ($\approx$ 1300 GPa) and temperatures ($\approx$ 11000 K).
