Optimization of the deflagration-to-detonation transition

Abstract:
Methods of optimization of the deflagration-to-detonation transition in combustible mixtures are analyzed. Some experimental results on optimizing the process in “plane” and diverging waves, which are obtained with high-efficiency accelerators, are presented.
