Abstract:
A balance model for calculating the land rent estimates and its modifications are suggested. Existence and uniqueness of a solution are considered. In such balance models, one can determine land rent estimates depending principally on natural properties of the land and a combination of the circumstances of its use. Similar models can serve as a convenient tool for the theoretical analysis of land rent problems. Bibliogr. 2.
