Abstract: This paper is devoted to the analysis of the partial mathematical model describing the process of growth and spread of malignant and normal cells under the influence of chemotherapy. We found the periodic therapy regime, conditions the existence of this regime and suggest the search algorithm of this regime. This paper also includes the examples of simulation and the set of parameter values.
