Abstract:
This article presents the results of research on the influence of the combined effect of nanostructured functional ceramics (NFC) of the ZKHM brand in the composition of coatings of welding electrodes of the Fe$_{3}$O$_{4}$-CaO$_{2}$-TiO$_{2}$ oxide system and electrode calcination using standard technology in electric furnaces and in furnaces using NFC radiation on the welding and technological properties of welding electrodes. According to the research results, the combined effect of additives of nanostructured functional ceramics ZKHM in the slag of electrode coatings and calcination of welding electrodes by the method using pulsed radiation ИК favorably affects such welding and technological properties of welding electrodes as the breaking length of the arc $L_\text{bla}$ and the formation of the deposited metal ø$_\text{dp}$. The positive effect of nanostructured functional ceramics ZKHM on the losses factor for waste and splashing $\psi$, regardless of the methods of heat treatment of welding electrodes, the value of which is reduced by 2 times, has also been established.
