Abstract: The results of research based on a cascade type microcircuit with a dynamic load on a field-effect transistor (FET), which can be used as a precision current regulator for removing the current-voltage characteristics of rectifier-limiting diodes and semiconductor devices with a sharply increasing current are presented.
