Operationally gaming scenario approach to support decision-making in high-tech corporations

Abstract:
Task: Effective decision support for the management of high-tech manufacturing corporations, is one of the basic tools for competitive development of the economy of any modern state. On the development of methods for such support are actively working representatives of the largest world centers of economic and mathematical modeling: National Bureau of economic research, United States (directions Corporate Finance, Industrial Organization, Productivity), school P. E. Samuelson's at the Massachusetts Institute of technology, Paris school of decision making theory by M. Allais, and others. Task, the solution of which directed this research is the creation of a methodology of decision support reporting solutions based on fundamentally new ideas about production and economic interactions and well ahead achieved the world level.
Model: Use as a language for describing socio-economic processes dynamic ensembles of static games (operational games).
Conclusions: In connection with a mathematically exact description of the dynamics of production and economic processes in the language of accounts, transactions and operations; the approach allows significantly enhance the ability of decision support reporting solutions.
The possibility of subsequent use of results of scientific work: the work Results can be used to enhance management effectiveness with a wide range of high-tech corporations.
Practical value: On the basis of the results of the work can be developed and implemented leading world level the corresponding system of support of decision-making.
Originality/value: this Work is intended to guide the high-tech corporations, the originality and value of work due to the novelty of the technology of creation of information-analytical decision support systems for production and economic decisions.
