F. I. Ereshko Dorodnicyn Computing Centre of the FRC of the Russian Academy of the Sciences
Abstract:
Background: Problems of the system analysis and mathematical modeling in the legal sphere are investigated insufficiently. The aim of this investigation is to formulate approaches according to the annex of the theory of hierarchical games to processes of creation of legal tools.
Research framework: system approach, mathematical modeling, game theory.
Results: Within the specified directions (system approach, mathematical modeling, game theory) several schemes and game-theoretic models for development of laws at a stage of formation a priori and at a stage of execution a posteriori are offered.
Conclusion: The model descriptions and procedures offered in article show possibilities of use of formalistic approaches in lawmaking within the information theory of hierarchical systems.
Competing interests: The theory of hierarchical games is used, original approach to lawmaking is offered.
Authors’ contributions: The research has original character.
Acknowledgements: Article is made in line with researches of my Teachers: academician Moiseyev N. N. and professor Germeyer Yu. B. My appreciation is boundless.
Keywords:
theory of hierarchical games, lawmaking, system approach, decision-making support, mathematical modeling, procedures of legal tools.
