Boundary value problems for a first order
partial differential equation with the Dzhrbashyan — Nersesyan operators

Abstract:
For a first order partial differential equation with the Dzhrbashyan — Nersesyan fractional differentiation operators, a fundamental solution is constructed and a general representation of the solution in a rectangular domain is found.
It is shown that the distribution of the parameters of the Dzhrbashyan — Nersesyan operators affects the formulation of problems, namely, the effect of freeing a part of the boundary from the boundary conditions is revealed.
