Abstract:
In the article some aspects of the problem of developing a mathematical, algorithmic and software apparatus for modeling the characteristics of newly created materials made with the use of additive technologies are considered. The relevance of the development of the methodology for the approach to computer modeling, combined with the general ideology of multiscale modeling and parallel computing technologies, the exchange and processing of input and output data, is shown. The conclusion is made that it is expedient to use the experimental stand on the basis of a specialized computing cluster for modeling the processes for estimating the stress-strain state of an article obtained using the most promising and actively introduced additive technology of selective laser sintering. In the article the approach to optimization of the program environment of the experimental stand for an estimation of the is intense-deformed condition of a product received with use of additive technologies is offered. The task of designing the optimal software for an information and measuring stand using Petri-Markov networks is formulated. It was proposed to use the method of purposeful choice for its solution. A methodology for targeted design of the optimal software composition as a queuing system has been developed. The solution of the experimental finding of the effective physico-mechanical properties of materials made using additive technologies is considered.
