Abstract: This volume is dedicated to the 60th birthday of academician Sergei Petrovich Novikov, an outstanding scientist and founder of a number of modern trends in mathematics and mathematical physics. The papers included in this volume focus on the topical problems of the soliton theory, theory of dynamical systems, and theory of smooth manifolds related to the problems of mathematical physics. Among the authors are the most prominent specialists in this rapidly developing field.
