Abstract: This issue is dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Alexander Semenovich Holevo, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences. It presents studies in various fields of information theory, mathematical physics, and mathematics in general that are related to the scientific interests of A. S. Holevo. Particular attention is paid to quantum information theory, a rapidly developing scientific field aimed at studying the information properties of quantum systems. The issue also includes papers on the theory of operator algebras, theory of open quantum systems, classical probability theory and random processes, and quantum cryptography.
