An approximating approach to solution of sets of structural regression equations

É. M. Braverman, I. B. Muchnik, A. L. Chernyavsky

Moscow
Abstract: Identification of a static plant with available data on its structure is regarded as the problem of best approximation of the empirical data matrix. The advantages of this formulation over that used in econometrics are discussed; solution algorithms are described.
