On conditions for absolute stability of dynamic systems

Abstract:
Sufficient conditions of absolute stability are reducible to the requirement that the pair $(A, b)$ be controllable, standard constrains on the nonlinear function [1], and truth of a set of inequalities which contain only the system parameters.
