Deterministic Systems

On control of stationary linear systems using linear feedback

V. Y. Belozerov, G. V. Mozhaev

Dnepropetrovsk
Abstract: A new proof is given to the earlier result [1, 2] that if the system is controllable, then with any dimension of the control space the coefficient matrix in the feedback loop can always be selected so that, once the feedback is introduced the characteristic polynomial of the system take on an arbitrary value specified in advance. A simpler way to compute gains is proposed.
