Abstract: A group-theoretical model of the formal neuron which allows one to design optimally the neural computers over a finite set of the integer variations of the weight and threshold vectors was constructed and examined. This model creates the preconditions for direct mapping of the problems of the user of neural computer onto the quantum processes of the nanoelectronic systems whose fundamental characteristics are defined and described by the symmetry groups.
