State estimation and control design for digital linear systems with multiplicative noises

Abstract: The paper is concerned with design of an optimal linear filter and controller for digital linear systems with additive noises and incomplete data on the state. For solution of various versions of the problem the discrete maximum principle and the Lagrangean multiplier methods. Certain control system properties are studied which lead to the coefficient matrix of an optimal linear filter. A way to obtain a performance functional is proposed.
