Аn optimal economic plan with an allowance for delays

A. N. Dyukalov, Yu. N. Ivanov, V. N. Mokhov, P. P. Sychev

Moscow
Abstract: The paper discusses optimal economic planning with due regard, unlike Refs [1] and [2], for delays in capacity introduction with two assumptions on the nature of capital supplies, that the supply is instantaneous at the start of the construction interval and uniform during it. The necessary and sufficient extremum conditions are given. Examples of building optimal paths are given.
