Abstract: The paper is concerned with estimation of expansion coefficients for a stationary random field of two variables in the basis of Haar's functions from discrete values of the field in the nodes of a rectangular network superimposed on a certain region. The variances of these estimates are determined through elements of the correlation matrix of a double sequence of references.
