On the need in extending the alphabet of $D$-cube calculus in algorithmical methods of developing tests of discrete devices

E. A. Lazaryan

Yerevan
Abstract: An extended alphabet is introduced for calculus of $D$-cubes where the area in which cubes and $D$-cubes are defined; uncertainties due to forbidden input values of discrete device elements are recognized. A subclass of constant faults is identified that require repeated procedures of test design and analysis.
