Developing Systems

On metrized relations in expert estimates

B. G. Litvak

Moscow
Abstract: Metrized relations are introduced which contain information on preference of objects, their similarity, etc. Ways to identify metrized relations obtained experimentally are indicated. For basic types of metrized relations a uniform measure of proximity is introduced. Its uniqueness is proved for the specified system of axioms. Interdependence of metrized relations and basic types of scales is established.
