Deterministic Systems

On full quasi-controllability of linear systems having an after-effect

V. M. Marchenko

Gomel
Abstract: The paper is concerned with the problem of complete quasi-controllability for linear stationary systems where the delay in state is distributed. For this kind of systems the criterion of full quasicontrollability is shown to coincide with the associated stabilizability criterion. The minimal number of inputs of a fully quasicontrollable system having an after-effect is computed.
