Combinational faults and multiple races in combinational circuits

A. V. Lobanov

Moscow
Abstract: A method for analytical determination of the time when a false $M$-race pulse appears at the output of a combinational circuit is proposed. The relation between constant faults and the possibility of $M$-races is demonstrated. A method for isolating suspected faults resulting in the false signal is proposed.
