Multi-criterion problems with importance ordered homogeneous criteria

V. V. Podinovskii

Moscow
Abstract: For multi-criterion problems of decision making an accurate definition of thenotion «one criterion is more important then the other» is given. A preference relation is studied in terms of several importance-ordered criteria and the properties of strategies which cannot be improved in terms of these strategies are studied. An example is given which shows the feasibility of effective use of the results in analysis and solution of actual problems.
