The method of poly-Gaussian approximation in the design of an optimal discrete system

Abstract: The paper is concerned with design of an optimal discrete system with non-Gaussian control actions and disturbances. The non-Gaussian probability densities are approximated by a sum of Gaussian ones. Results obtained from solution of a particular problem are given.
